- The contract is effective as per the date signed.
- Subisu shall provide the connection to the client for its cable Internet network at quoted amount. The client shall use the connection only for personal/home/corporate use.
- The client shall pay the monthly charge on or before due month. If the client fails so do, our software shall automatically disconnect the connection.
- The client shall use the connection for allocated number of computer/s only.
- The client shall inform Subisu about any changes in the number of computers connected.
- The client shall not distribute, sell or rent the line/connection to other parties without the prior written approval from Subisu. If found to the contrary, Subisu shall disconnect the line permanently. Moreover, Subisu shall also claim for compensation from the client according to the prevailing laws and regulation of the country.
- All purchases shall be made in close consultation with the Subisu Principle Adviser. Any information regarding the agreement reached between the client and Subisu shall not be disclosed.
- Subisu shall reimburse the client for any technical interruption that lasts for more than 24 hours. The reimbursement shall be in the form of validity extension and not in any monetary form. Any interruption caused due to government policies, sun outages, riots, acts of terrorism, etc shall not be entertained.
- Subisu shall guarantee the modem for a period of six months from the date of the commencement of the service. The guarantee shall be void for any damages caused due to high/low power supply or by any malicious or careless use.
- The client shall not use the Internet connection provided by Subisu to be connected with PSTN or to transmit Voice over Internet (VOIP).
- The Client shall comply with the laws, rules, guidelines and/or regulations of the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) and Ministry of Information and Communication.
- If found to the contrary or working against the Nepal Telecommunication Authority Act 2053 and Nepal Telecommunications Authority Rules and Regulations Act 2054, Subisu will not be held liable for the consequences and/or responsible for the actions taken by HMG.
- Subisu engineers shall solve technical problems faced by the clients within their capability.
- The clauses mentioned in the contract can be amended as per the requirement of Subisu or the client.
- In the case of dispute settlement, the decisions made by the Board of Directors of Subisu Cablenet shall be regarded as the final decision.
- If any sort of misuse of service or threat is detected from the client’s end, Subisu shall immediately terminate the services.
- Subisu shall not be held liable to any kind of virus exposure and be held responsible for the loss of data due to virus attack.
- The contract is valid till specified time and the contract can be cancelled by one month’s prior notice by any signatory party.
